"After a number of years studying and practicing physical therapy, it was unfortunate to find myself working with individuals who had injuries that could have been prevented, especially because those injuries often led to a sense of fear and hesitation towards exercise and ultimately a barrier to one’s health and happiness.
It is my goal to educate individuals, other health care providers, and society that our bodies have such resilient healing abilities and maintaining a healthy body for a lifetime is within our reach. We have the know-how, but sometimes we lack the discipline needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially when navigating through the stressors of our daily lives.
